The history of bread making goes back 8 thousand years; It goes back to the days when people crushed the grain between stones, then added water to them and spread the dough on a flat rock, and cooked it on fire. Ekmekçi Gurme was created in line with this philosophy. In this context, the chosen color palette has been carefully considered to emphasize the naturalness of the products. The design was created with wooden surfaces, oval surfaces that reinforce the form and appearance of the bread. For the products sold to come to the fore, a particularly dark color background was chosen. In this way, the bakery and patisserie gained a modern look.
